Our 3 acre fishing lake is stocked with a variety of coarse fish, including common and mirror carp, roach, rudd and bream. Several ponds are positioned around the Farm Walk if you fancy somewhere smaller and quieter for fishing. It’s free of charge for all Warren Farm customers and there’s plenty of space so no need to book.
Even if you don’t fish, the lake is a great place to relax surrounded by beautiful scenery in a tranquil environment. There are several picnic benches surrounding the lake, so bring your hamper and some extra bread to feed the ducks! please note**to fish this lake please collect your free permit from JT Angling
Warren Farm Fishing Lake Rules
1. FISHING IS FOR WARREN FARM CUSTOMERS ONLY. DAILY CHECKS ARE CARRIED OUT BY THE STAFF.
2. ALL ANGLERS MUST HAVE A NATIONAL ROD LICENCE. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PRODUCE THIS IF ASKED BY STAFF.
3. CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
4. MAX 2 RODS TO BE USED PER SWIM.
5. ALL FISH MUST BE RETURNED TO THE LAKE.
6. NO NIGHT FISHING BETWEEN DUSK AND DAWN.
7. NO KEEP NETS, LANDING NETS MUST BE USED.
8. NO PEANUT OR TIGERNUT.
9. GROUNDBAIT TO BE USED IN FEEDERS ONLY.
10. BOILIES USED MUST BE PURCHASED ON SITE.
11. BOILIES TO BE USED AS A HOOKBAIT ONLY.
12. BARBLESS HOOKS ONLY.
13. ANGLERS MUST CLEAR THEIR OWN LITTER BEFORE LEAVING.
14. PLEASE TAKE AWAY ANY UNUSED BAITS, DO NOT DISPOSE INTO THE LAKE AT END OF YOUR SESSION.
15. THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF BEHAVIOUR IS EXPECTED AT ALL TIMES.
